Complex coffee with chocolate cream aroma

Ebenica Intensivo is a carefully crafted composition of premium coffee varieties from South America, Asia and Africa. It is characterized by a soft, juicy aroma in which you can feel lilac and chocolate cream. In the espresso, a full and intense taste of thick syrup results in floral and chocolate-walnut tones with the traces of black berries.

Intensivo is a complex variety coffee, in which more earthy tobacco flavors with a slightly citrus flavor appear. Ideally suited for the preparation of ristretto and espresso, the distinctive chocolate taste is also preserved in a coffee with milk.

Good level of crema, and very easy to pick up on the chocolate creme notes, with an almost fragrant maple syrup vibe – notes of wood and spice make this a very inviting cup. Lots of earthy, woody flavour, with a good amount of bitterness, but not overpowering. A touch of sweetness, balanced with the acidity, and a very rich, roast profile and rounded, lasting finish. A very good roast profile and overall combination of flavours.
